Probably a bad or damaged shaft seal where the drive gear attaches to the VP44. Just my best guess. You should take it back ASAP and have it check. Fuel dilution is not good. Regards, Mike.

That would be my first guess too... . but only a guess. I can't see any other way of fuel getting into the oil except a bad injector seal on the connecting tube or cracked injector.
Taking Cummins724's lead, maybe who ever installed the VP44, someone my have over tightened or damaged one of the connector tubes when they were bleeding it ?
