New W350 in the fleet

Just found and bought a 93 W350 131000, with no bed and bumper, with a thrown rod (nasty hole in block just above starter) for restoration project. What a waste of a good motor.
Will look into why it happened, just recieved it yesterday and hope to start removing the motor in a week or two.
Anyone have a red bed from 90-93 they dont need please let me know.

Well, great. How does the rest of the truck look (Body, interior, options, auto or getrag?) I wonder why the motor came apart? I thought they would last a lot longer than that. What type of price did you give for it? What are you going to do fro a B5. 9? Are you going to find an older 1st generation or put a 94+ in it? Sounds exciting!
