I took my truck into the dealer to have them fix my A/C, I also had them fix my key since it won't unlock the truck consistently, I also noticed a little crusty stuff on the A/C compressor, so I told them to check it out.
Well it turns out the little crust on my A/C compressor is dried up coolant that has been leaking from my water pump. So they had to change the water pump out, this is the first time I have ever heard of a water pump going out at only 25K miles, it never over heated, it is always pegged a 200.
Also wierd is that the fan is not connected to the water pump, the water pump is very small and is on its own with its own pulley.
