New winter upgrade to my '03

It was installed brand new today. Its a MidWeight steel plow with the UltaMount. On or off in minutes.



My '85 Chevy was just getting to be a pain in the butt, and I don't have time to screw around with it (I bought it just the way it sets in the pic).



I don't do commercial snow removal, just need to keep my drive open and help a couple of neighbors.

This is the first winter in 15 years I haven't plowed commercially. Good choice with the Western, I always used them and never was dissappointed.



Funny side note, the kid I sold my contracts too completely ignored my advice, bought a V-10 F350 and a Sno-Way brand V-plow. He hates the truck, no power, we live at 8000ft, you need a turbodiesel, and the plow has broken down twice already this winter, it is sitting off the truck broken right now waiting for parts. I am almost embarrassed to tell him "I told you so" again:-laf
