Archived New York transmission Rebuilder

Snapped the input shaft and burned up the bearing on my 5peed. Need a reputable rebuilder in the lower New York Area or should i just pay for shipping from one of the "Big Three" Standard transmission, Blumenthals or Quad 4X4. also anybody used drivetrain .com for tye six speed conversion
