i have an o5 quad cab loaded what performance tips should first do what oil to run what air filter give a new guy some help

First off welcome to the TDR, and congratulations on your truck. The sky is the limit on upgrades as well as the money you can tie up on these things.



Unless your going to drag race your 05 or put that triple axel triple slide 40' 5er on the back , you'll find the stock 05 will/should be more than able to handle the job.



Also fill out your truck sig and provide as much info as possible about your truck such as gearing, transmission,four or two wheel drive ETC. this will allow the people hear at the TDR to help out with not only upgrades but also any troubles you might encounter.

Welcome WhiteB. I wouldn't do anything yet except use good oil, such as, Delo 400 and Fleetguard filters. Read your owners manual from cover to cover and enjoy the new Dodge/Cummins.
