05/2500 4x4 quadcab 5th wheel hauler. last 2 fuel filter changes 80,100,000mi. filter was black and had a ink like oil film , canister was clean fuel was cleancould it be stanidine fuel treatment? or flying J diesel low sulfur? a guy at napa said his was the same??? never noticed it on my 96 12 valve but i will cut a old filter open and look. ANY HINTS???? doug5cents. logged on as nickell.
