anyone with an '03 running these niftys? not the carpeted ones, but the rubber molded ones. I'm getting a set, but am not sure what color to get, I'd prefer grey if they aren't an awful match to the carpet color.

if you have them what color did you get? does the grey match? or way off?

Thanks!!!

Rob

Rob,

I've got the dark grey interior and the dark grey mats match quite nicely. I spend a lot of time getting in and out of the rig with mud all over my feet so am glad I purchased these.

Does anyone have the nifty mats?

I was gonna order them as the husky's in my previous truck bent on the edges over time and let water into the carpet.

But looking at a picture of the nifty's it looks like they have a hole in them for the little deal that holds the mat in place.

You can buy the slush mats at any Dodge dealer or go to:

http://www.dodge.com/shop_and_buy.html and near the middle of the page click on 'Accessories' under the 'Buy' heading.

I just went out and took this photo and the inside of the rig is filthy, mats included so bear that in mind.

Those aren't molded, and probably more expensive. I have Huskys for my Jeep, HATE THEM!!! very light weight and not a pliable material. they slide all over and they just SUCK!:D

I don't know if this is allowed or not, if not the mod can erase it...

Anyone interested in Niftys PM me.

Dodge Mats

I have them too. I have taupe interior and the taupe mats are an exact color match. Yes, they have the little hole in them for the hook in the floor to hold the driver's side mat in place. Oops, I should have cleaned the mats before taking the photo!

www.stylinconcepts.com sells the catch all regular and extreme mats, I'm sure there are plenty of other places. The regular catch all's are better IMO because they look and feel a lot nicer since they are carpet compared to rubber, and can just as easily be hosed off.

Go with what Stick showed you. I have the Fox Weatherboots now and had them in my last truck as well. . My 2000 had 68,000 miles and when I took out the mats to sell the truck, the carpet looked like NEW... NOTHING gets thru these. . the only thing is I have only seen them in black.

ya, the fox weatherboots look like they protect well, however they're $250 or so for the set..... thats pretty expensive for floor mats. The catch all's are about $139.

Ya, i understand the Weatherboots are pretty high, but the fit and coverage on these is amazing! It only cost a little more to go first class! You do get a choice of colors-Black or Black.

My 97 had the Huskeys in it, but there is no comparison to these.

so these have some carpeting on them? I'm trying to cover carpet not put more in. I hate vacuuming carpeting, especially in autos. I'm anal and can't stop vac'ing until everything is picked up, much easier to do off a rubber floor mat:)

Plus I like the price and the grey will match.

I have the Mopar mats shown above and recommend them. They worked worked well last winter and are easy to clean. They have avoided a major coffee disaster:--) . I left the factory mats in and nothing moves around. I have the rear mats as well, because for some reason, D/C in their wisdom saw no need to include rear mats:( .
