hehe, yep I am nutts. I need to know the jet sizes those of you with N2O are using. I am planning on a two stage custom kit with the 1st and larger stage comming on at 4 psi of boost. It will be admitted at the intercooler outlet. The seccond and smaller stage will come on at 15 psi of boost and will be admitted pre turbo.

This in conjunction with a set of DD3's would make for a great holeshot.

On the down side I think a 15# bottle will only last about 6 runs.

oh, I would like to get it to about 60F... . fun, fun, fun.

I have already drilled and taped the intake horn for the pressure switches and intake air temp gage sending unit.

first off you should realize that the more overfuel you are the more nos you can use. I ran a 42 jet between the turbo and intercooler for years, consistantly gave me 60+hp. I put it there because that is the exit point of the turbo and is the hottest air, also figure it would get a better mixture going through the intercooler. Nowel runs a 53 jet and ends up with the same hp but he has his injected at the intake manifold.

something to consider is to make sure you have your waistgate operational, your going to make alot more exhaust flow so you don't want the to affect the backpressure.

Another thing to consider it so use a microswitch to activate at full throttle on of the stages(when you need it) and have the next stage inline off of that to come on at say 4 psi boost, that way when you let off the throttle peddle its off, no residual nos flowing. Besides once you put the hammer down with the one stage on, its going to take about 1/4 of a second to be at max boost. Thats what I call no lag.

fyi I ran a 12. 99 at 101. 4 with the 42 jet, the next week I changed to a 73 jet and ran 12. 67 at 104. 66. But like I said I am seriously overfueled so I may even be able to use more. The 73 jet in a gas kit is equal to 150hp and the 42 was 75.
