Attention: TDR Forum Junkies last week i bought a used moroso nitrous kit. kit was off a GMBB so i had to buy a nozzle to thread in to manifold orifice to regulate NOS and line to go in between selinoyd and nozzle. I decided to not put actuator on the go peddle because i all redey have a problem with smoking tires out of the hole. I put actuator on collum. install took about 2 hrs. mounted botel behind the seat in cab. installing the nozzle is just like installing a EGT probe except it is aluminium, be more careful threading it in. first test was quite un adventfull. had botel emptied and re filled $35. second test was more exciting. decided that if a little is good than allot is better. drilled the orifice to . 45 i think. basically the nozzle and fuel line are the only thing restricting the flow. the way i see it you now you are going to top er out sooner or later, so jut do it from the beginning. With no restriction to NOS in a gas set up in a wet configuraton would be a 250 to 300 shot/HP. I would be suprised if it was adding 100 hp to my truck. feels to me like power gain of pod's or full round of pump mods. No it isn't as like the movies it wont pin you to the seat and no blue flames come out of the stacks (another projet on the list). if you hit it at idle or below 5PSI will kill the engine. 5-7 PSI will pop sputter and then go. 8psi + peddle to floor = 30 psi gauge pined under 1300EGT and either a hole lot of tire smoke or a rapid increase in speed all in about 2 seconds. PS truck smokes about the same. no adverse conditions due to it yet not looking good for pore old stocker head gasket. final thought
