No AC, Heat, Traction control, Tow Haul mode and no Engine Brake

Ok i hope someone can help me I have a 2019 ram 3500 dually I upgraded my the small radio into a 8.4 and everything worked find but I went to install the cargo camera the radio ac heat traction tow haul mode and engine brake stopped working. “ i think this may have to do with me putting the hazard light cord into the screen and the screen cord into the hazard lights “ I hope this can be fixed. Ok lets move one ok So I took the radio out and put the original one back in The radio work fine but everything else still not working . I didn't want to reset anything cause I don't know if it will mess up the tune. When i bought the truck from Cobb luxury cars they didn’t state that the truck was deleted. Can someone shine some light for me and help me try and figure this out

When you say one cord into the other, do you mean you plugged the factory harness from one into the other? Usually connectors that are similar are not close enough to be swapped. It sounds like the center stack is dead. Have you checked all the fuses first?
