No Brakelights Need Help

How is the brake light circuit fused? I,ve checked the fuse box and no fuses are bad,but I can,t get voltage to the circuit.

On a 99, it should be Fuse C (20A) in the Power Distribution Center, which is the big fuse box under the hood. On a 2001, it is Fuse 5, which is also a 20A.

Evan -Thanks man your timing was inpeccable. I was running out of options. But you know I did know that power fuse box was there as I had the lid off before and I did know that a fuse had to be blown on the brake lights and I did mount my VA on it and I do have the manuel. Must just not be my day. You made my day or saved it. Thanks!
