no brights

have a 95 4x4 with a fisher snow blade. havn't had brights for quite a while. I changed the bulbs,light switch, and the multi switch,and the 2 snow plow relays. any body have this problem before?
I love the truck. 199,478 hard miles and going strong. fuel plate upgrade and 16cm turbo housing, tst transmission upgrade, straight pipe,3/54 rearend. plow snow with a 10 ft blade and pull 18,000 lb+ tandem axle dually

Do you not have brights on the truck lights?plow lights or both,please specify. I've had a Fisher minute mount on my GMC,Chevy and Ram diesel. I installed all my setups myself,so im familair with the headlight junper harness,your problem might lie in that harness.
