I live in Extreme North Eastern California, pretty close to the Oregon and Nevada borders. It seems that the NW Chapter is much farther north and a West Coast Chapter is probably too far south. Is there anything closer to where I live? which is approx 150 miles from Redding and 180 miles from Reno.
