 Can anyone help with the solution to my problem? 98. 5 2500 auto 24-valve. Installing gauges , got to the end except for the lights. Hooked the light up to the radio fuse in the panel, my buddy said that it would be a better choice if they were on the dimmer or illumination fuse-OK moved the lug and put the fuse back in and guess what NO DASH lights. checked fuse ,replaced fuse OK . Could I have pushed the receiver for the fuse leg out the back of the fuse panel?Need some input. thanx

Don't know if this still holds true but dash light and tail lights were on same circut. That way if your dash lights were dark you knew you didn't have tail lights. eg. if both tail light bulbs were burned out the dash lights would not come on. Maby something to look at.
