Archived no fuel pressure

ok as usual leaving for vacation in 2 days put a guage on what i believe to be the supply line to CP3 and no fuel pressure. truck seems to run fine down alittle on power and fuel economy. whats the quickest fix untill i can get everything i need to do the job right. I can hear the pump run but other than that... .

From reading here , I've got a 12v so this is a guess , the lift pump can still sound like its running but not be pumping , the main pump can draw fuel from the tank and truck still run , but that is hard on it , and seems to me what is causing the high rate of failure to the main pumps , so I would not drive/run the engine till the lift pump is replaced , or then the larger cost of the main .
Maybe someone els will give you more info .

What kind of gauge is it? Elec or mech? And are you sure the gauge works? If your not sure whether you are reading at the inlet to the CP3, try checking it at the bottom of the fuel filter canister. That's where I get my readings from since it is after the filter. As far as I know, there is no quick fix if the LP is bad, shy of getting another pump. I would also check, or replace the fuel filter.
