In the past few months I've noticed I can't hear the lift pump hum anymore, and have had a launch stumble every now and then,so I installed a gauge using Geno's new hose that connects to the schader valve, results are, no pressure at anytime, key on or running, but the truck starts everytime ,is the lift pump gone? The truck has 92,000 miles.

Yep, your lift pump is out, granted that you installed the gauge correctly. You're truck still runs because your fuel injection pump is working hard to pull fuel from the tank, and probably not getting enough fuel it needs for lubrication. I too noticed lunging of my truck right before I decided to replace the lift pump. Don't let you're truck go much longer, or else you may have a costly fuel injection pump replacement coming to you.
