2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission No heat from heat vents, Help?

This morning I have no heat coming from my heat vents, dash, floor or defrost of my 98 quad cab. I can hear the fan running and the sound changes with speed. I changed the controller to all of the positions it sounds like it is trying to blow it out a different vent but no heat comes out anywhere. There is a slight trickle of heat from the vents almost like it is being blocked by something.

Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I am looking for any suggestions of where to start my investigation. Please help, I live in Wisconsin and it is cold up here.

Check the vacuum line under the hood that supplies the heater box. Follow the line up from the vacuum pump (under the fuel injection pump). Sometimes the lines get oil soaked, swell and fall off. There was a TSB on this.
