2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission no instrument lights after head gasket

I lost my instrumentation lights onmy truck. I just put a new head gasket on it, and am wandering what too look at. I recently had a reflash on the cummins ecm, which caused my oil pressure guage to quit working. Wandering if the ecm reflash could be related to the no lights also. Just noticed this AM so I have not even had time to check fuses, wires or anything. Just looking for some input.

Fuse #5 drivers side w/door open. Try and put the dimmer so the cargo and cab lights are on and test with head lights on. They are different fuses and might point to the switch.

Check the IOD fuse. I blew mine during one of my head gasket installs. The power wire for the under hood light shorted out on the brake lines on me.
