The magazines can take up to a month to arrive from the first issues being mailed out. I received mine 3 or 4 days ago. Give it a couple more weeks and if you haven't received it by then email Robin at rpatton@ix.netcom.com and they'll send out another copy to you.

Thanks Steve. As you might know, I work at UPS and it doesn't matter where you live,there are certain days in-transit for everyone. Doesn't get there,you get your shipping back. Too bad the Post Office can't get it right! Chris

Steve, I asked once before but didn't get a reply- how bout reversing the shipping order every other issue so some of us that always get ours about 2 weeks after everyone else might get ours first?

AFAIK they all go to the post office at the same time. They go out in a random order every time from there. I've sometimes received mine before anyone posted on the site that they've received it and other times it's been 2-3 weeks after it's been posted that I receive it. It's just the way 3rd class bulk mail works.

Sorry For Delays ... No Fix

I can't really figure out why there is such a difference between when users receive their magazines either. Like Steve, I receive my home copy early some issues and late other issues. The magazines mail directly from the Printer's facility in South Carolina. My home copy just arrived last week. We have "test" magazines sent to our neighbors, and some of them have not yet arrived. Can't explain that either.



We normally allow 30 days from the mail date (October 31) then replace any "no shows" directly from our offices. They only take a couple of days to arrive because we ship those Priority Mail.



Now for international subscribers, those always take longer. We ship all international magazines directly from our offices, so we have to wait for a bulk shipment to arrive via UPS before we get those out. They were all shipped last week, so those will begin arriving within the next 10 - 14 days.



If you ever miss an issue, do not hesitate to let us know. We're glad to replace them. A small percentage get destroyed in transit every issue.
