Attention: TDR Forum Junkies We connected plow harrness lights (Meyer Saber) to existing wiring, worked good for a while. Now the front left light does not flash ( back flashes fast) right side works fine.
Our research found that all front lighting is controlled by the FCM module and because of the 2 bulb current it shut it off?? I replace the turn bulb in the plow lights with LED for low current. Question, some say the FCM can be reset or is it fried? If it can be reset, does this mean a trip to the dealer?

The Dodge factory wiring and the TIPM are too sensitive. There is a TSB that the dealer will tell you only affects the trailer wiring when hooked to a trailer. Have it done anyway. Since I had it done, so far so good with six plowed storms completed since my last reset. Still haven't regained faith in it, but we will see what happens. The TSB number is 08-021-06. Good Luck.
