Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Zero Fuel pressure?

So after exhausting my thoughts I am at a loss.

Here's the situation in entirety.

I installed gauges and then the comp shortly after minus the wire. I installed the ATS trans and Torque converter and then connected the pump wire via the BC pump cover. DD3's went in next. Power was amazing but egt's got real hot quick with the HY35. I was blown away with how fast off the line it was but as I was jumping on it I heard a pop and then limp mode kick in. I stopped and restarted the truck and noticed the sluggishness when taking off. I called edge and they sent me a new box. Installed it and went for a spin and same thing happened. Jumped on it, heard a pop and limp mode. So I started thinking that my truck was killing comp boxes and started searching on TDR for similar situations. Finally dawned on me I had my comp ground wire grounding to the black and brown tracer wire of the pump harness like the BC pump cover directions suggest. Didn't realize this was for the TST boxes and not Comps. So I hooked the ground directly to the battery terminal negative and used my ODBII code reader to pull the previous codes and erase them. I only had a p2037 code. So I took it for a spin and it was sluggish. So I called Edge again and said I had my ground set up wrong and I killed another comp. They sent me another new one and I threw it on but this time I didn't notice much if any change in the low end sluggishness. To make matters worse to troubleshoot, I swapped to the K45 turbo while waiting for the new Comp to arrive and so I thought my new sluggishness was due to lag. Only problem is the max boost I was seeing was 37-38 when everyone else said I should be seeing 42+ easily with all the fuel I was pushing. I took the truck down to Brandon to see what he thought and he immediately questioned the transmission. Went to my local transmission guy and found I had low line pressures. 45 @ idle and no more then 60 @ WOT. My transmission guy installed his own custom VB and my pressures are now 55 @ idle and 150 + @ wot. Took it for a spin and still have sluggishness off idle. I changed back to my HY35 suspecting the K45 and ran a pressure test before I hooded up the intercooler plumbing. To my surprise I found a big leak on the intake manifold. I tighten all the bolts and ran another pressure test up to 30psi and no leaks. Thought for sure this was my sluggishness problem and after I got the truck all bolted back together I took it for a spin and to my surprise it was still a dog. I am at a loss at this point.

Also, Forgot to mention that after the DD3's went in I changed out to the PE4200 from tank to VP and have 20psi of fuel pressure so I know it's not a fuel delivery problem.

Head Gasket? Could be time to do a leak down test. That is if in fact the intercooler boots are DEFINATLY NOT leaking (As mine are and a piers set are goin in as soon as the box arrives).

This same situation is happening to me right now and I can't figure it out. The sluggishness holds all the way til about 2000rpm then just throws me back in my seat. I have a Edge Comp and the ground came lose on it once and every since then the whole truck has been running really sluggishy ever since in the low rpms.

I push the pedal to the floor and it starts really slow then hits about 36 psi at 2000rpm.

Any thoughts?

Maybe the ECM not showing a ground. Power stays limp until the ground on your box takes over (when the box starts to show fuel)?

Exact same symptoms I had and I replaced every sensor etc. . Came down to the VP44. Lucky for me the dealer swapped it out under warrenty. That fixed my issue.
