No NOS door panels?

Does anyone know why you never see NOS door panels on ebay for the 81-93 trucks? I always see them for 79 and older trucks, which you would think there are less of them than the newer. Or does anyone know where to get some that are full door panels like the factory ones, not the half panel crap that JC Whittney sells.

only reason why is that the government bought a LOT of the late 70's style trucks. thing I can't figure out though is that they also bought a lot of the 80's style stuff too for the navy, and none of those parts are turning up anywhere.
