No OD, wait to start + water in fuel lights on/flashing

Hi,

Does this randomly. Grid heaters work as does the WIF sensor.

Overdrive off switch clicks & lights as usual, but no OD sometimes.

When this happens, the water in fuel & wait to start lamps light steadily & sometimes flash.

Its a 91.5 with no crank sensor or tach plug, and an ECM with an external regulator.

Truck doesn't have AC or cruise.

Bad ground or bad SBEC module, could be either one. Start by scraping and tighten all the gorund points under the hood and the dash.

I did the OD module tests -

If fuse is good probe BLUE/WHITE with grounded test lamp. If it lights this way, you have a bad ground

This is what I got - I show full voltage testing the engine, firewall and dash grounds.

Any thing I'm missing ?
