Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No pedel power

For some time I get a no power in the moring. It will work ok then after a stop or two there is no power. It is like the pedel is dead. Only a fast idle. I have to shut it off and restart it to get it to go again. After a mile or so it is fine. The computer shows no new codes. I do have a injection pump timeing error that is on alot but this seem to be a differnt issue. Any ideas?

Sounds like your throttle position sensor is messed up.
