H&S out of business???

My "lamp out" has been flashing intermittantly for the past couple of weeks, never long enough to see which lamp was the culprit. Today the rh headlamp finally quit, I figured, great, just another PIAA bulb premature failure. I pulled out one of my stock bulbs and plugged it in, still no light. Tested and found ground only at the connector, no power for low or high beam; checked and didn't find a fuse for headlamps in the underhood electrical center (wierd, I would think there is one somewhere). Anyone run into this before? or (kiss) know where the fuse may be?

TIA, Marc

Don't have an 04 schematic but the 99 shows the fuse to be in the PDC, lower left corner. The 99 I had also had a fuse panel at left end of dash and door had to be open to see it. bg

It could be a problem with the FCM. It controls headlights among other electrical functions. Mounts behind drivers side battery. Check the connections, clean all terminals, and very carefully twist each male connector slightly for good connection. I have replaced 2 so far (190,000 miles).
