The problem I have is the rail pressure and set pressure are equal until the engine gets hot this it starts stalling. Is it the ECM causing the problem?

Have replaced high pressure pump, rail pressure limit valve, rail pressure sensor, injectors, lift pump in tank and wastegate actuator but stll have the same problem. Fuel rail pressure doesn't equal set pressure. It is usually 1/2 of the required set pressure.

Have you checked that you have adequate boost? "05's had the plastic intercooler that popped the ends loose. Check your rubber connector hoses also to the intercooler from the turbo piping.
ALSO, have you checked for any codes at the odometer?
