No Power!!! Please help

My truck ran perfectly fine with the Edge EZ one week ago...

Last Sunday night I removed it and added my Edge Comp  I was really impressed. I drove the truck for 3 days and decided that I had better turn it off until I got my SB clutch installed. While going to the lumber yard yesterday I decided that I needed a little fix, so I turned on the Comp and put her on 5-5... . pulled out on the highway, when I shifted into 3rd I let her eat... . well that's what I MEANT to do. It bogged down and did nothing. It acts like one of the old non-turbo diesels... no power. First and second seem normal but 3-5 are the same. NO smoke and NO power.

At first I thought I had smoked my clutch but like I said:

-only been on the truck for 3 days

-I didn't do anything crazy with it, just romped it a few times

-clutch grabs normal when taking off

What does this sound like?

Anyone experience similar problems?

BTW, tell me if this is normal when adjusting the Comp. Let's say that I set the box on level 5, then I hold the grey button for 2 seconds, let off, the light flashes, I set it on 3. I push the grey button 2 more times to take it back to the level 5 setting because the flashing sublevel lights are annoying..... the level 5 is still just as I left it but when I go back to the sublevel setting it is 5 also! It always changes to match whatever the power level is... . for example it WAS 3 but when I came back to it, it was 5!

Bottom line... . does this sound like my Comp, my clutch, or what else??

UPDATE!!

THIS JUST IN...

I was doing some other things to the truck and noticed something. It has been parked for over 24 hours in 50 degree temp and when I grabbed on to the intake to pull myself up I noticed that it was warm. The engine is ice cold... the intercooler hose going to the intake is ice cold... but the intake itself is quite warm.

If the aluminum intake is warm than the heating element could be cycling on and off without the key being turned. I can't help you with the ez box-I'm running a TST box. Sounds like the box could be cutting out-did you check injector wire?

Check all your PE Comp connections, and your intercooler connections from the intake/turbo to the horn. I don't have an Edge yet but this sounds like something got disconnected.
