Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) No pulling power!

I'm posting for my buddy again. He has a 2002 QC 2500 LB 4x4 4:10 gears. No mods. 99k. He absolutely has no power to pull. Pulled 6k could only do 65 MPH, motor got up to 225*. Brand new lift and injection pump. Any ideas as to why no power. I have no clue.



P. S. What is the best chip for this truck. Once he figures this problem out he wants to bomb. I'm thinking a TST,?

Check & or Replace Map sensor and clean the IAT sensor

both are on the drivers side of the motor

TST and edge are both great units

Also check for boost leaks. Check all rubber intercooler hoses for rubbing/holes.
