No radio and dome lights

I have a 99 dodge and lost radio dome lights and the remote mirrors. The radio pops when turned on and the defrost on the mirrors still work. The fuses are good. It's a bummer here in Alaska with all the dark and no dome lights. Please Help !!!

have you checked theiod fuse? in the fuse panel drivers door. It controls things that operate when the ignition switch is off.
