No Reverse Lights

Is there a fuse for the reverse lights? I am thinking it could be the deal inside the transmission. . Someone chime in and let me know. .

Should be #7, a 10 amp fuse in the little box on left end of dash. If you have auto trans. the switch is mounted on drivers side of trans. just to the rear of shift mechanism. bg Oops, I didn't see the NV5600.

It's the switch mounted on the passenger side ot your 5600 most likely.

I went through the same trouble. It was the switch on the transmission. Cost about 61 bucks +tax. Kind of pricey for a switch. The funny thing was the switch would have continuity when in reverse. You could jumper across the plug in and get the lights to work, just no connection when plugged in.

My switch is shot. Rather than replacing it, I'll probably just add manual rear foglamps.

i found the same thing, wasn't sure it was the switch ... ... ... ... Ryan^^ turned me on to RockAuto, it was $15 or something, AC Delco part.
