no secound gear shift at wot

I ajusted my bands and bumped up my line pressure form 60 to 68. And not at wot It doesnt always shift to 2. It will just sit at the rev limiter. How do I ajust this?

You need to talk to Bill K,from what he has told me,(he's shared a lot of info),your line pressure is too high for the governor pressure,but this is just my guess,he knows for sure. If it were mine,Id back the line pressure down to 65 or so,which is about a ful turn on the screw.
