I have been reading a lot of post lately from guys wanting to make more smoke. In most situations they are being recommended to get an Edge EZ or equivilant and/or injectors and that is supposed to work. When I first installed my EZ it would lay down some thick black smoke at low boost, but 3-4 days later the truck seems to be burning clean again. Does this sound normal? The box is still working, trust me. I can still feel the difference, just no smoke.

Oh what the heck.....

I will find out how much I "don't" know by posting this.

I installed my EZ about two years ago and had the same feelings as you. Lots of reading and opinions in between, but I think the Ecm/Pcm kind of "tries" to put things back in perspective for themselves, and there did seem to be a change in how my truck ran after the 3-4 day "test" period you describe.

My truck smokes just fine now (If I want it to).
