No speaker sound

This morning I remote started my truck, 2017 3500. When I walked out I reached through the passenger side door and pressed the start/run button to get everything turned on and warmed up. Walked the kids to the bus and got in the truck and I had no sound through the speakers. I turned the truck off and restarted via the start button. Everything turned on and then the speakers went quiet. While I was driving I noticed my rear defrost was inop, driver side seat heater wasn’t working but showed it was on on the display. I did a reset with the Uconnect and that didn’t do anything. When I get to work and shut the truck off the Uconnect display stayed on after I opened the door. I started the truck again and I had sound and the indicators on the hvac controls were illuminated and I then turned the truck off. I read about unplugging the amp but it seems I’ve got some other issues other than just the speakers. Any ideas on this? Thanks

Anything else different? How are your batteries? I'm not an expert here, but recall a thread where if batteries are below certain thresholds, BCM (?) starts shutting things down. I replaced batteries on my 2017 Ram 5500 Laramie about a month ago with approximately 45K on the clock. Nothing weird, just hit remote start, it went thru typical startup, really seems like everything was turned on in the truck as she went to turn over, one click. done. One cell shorted on one battery. It's like demons at work. Anyhoo, that's the best I can say. Let us know how it goes.

Sounds like battery conserve mode, have the batteries tested

Batteries are less than six months old. Everything was fine this morning. I’m almost convinced that it didn’t like me pressing the start button without the driver door being opened prior. I may test my theory this afternoon.

I've had an occasional issue where the radio doesn't play any music.....but works fine on the next start up. Never had any other issues at the same time however.
