Archived No Speedometer below 25mph

My ABS and brake lights came on the other day while towing my 5'ver on the interstate, and when I pulled over to check things out I noticed the speedometer pegs 0 when speed drops below 25mph.

Brakes work fine, speedo works fine above 25mph, and I had Midas inspect the brakes. They say everything is functioning and within specs, but they can't do anything with the brake and ABS indicators.

I read about the speed sensor to my rear diff. but don't want to arbitrarily change for no other reason.

It's the speed sensor in the rear diff. My 99 did the same thing.
