Loosen 2-3 injector lines, bump the starter and let the lift pump cycle several times, then crank the engine over until it begins to fire, tighten up the injector lines, and start the truck. Where did you install the fuel pressure fitting?
Are you getting any fuel pressure? Try bumping the starter which should make the fuel pump run for 15 seconds or so and see what kind of fuel pressure you get. Then get back to us.
After you bump the starter several times to let the lift pump cycle fuel, loosen the banjo bolt on the injection pump (this is the foremost one directly in front of the scroeder valve) and let the air bleed out(it will fizzle and then all fuel will come out without air in same) and retighten banjo bolt and crank her, she should start with a few stumbles to void a little air in the lines and then be good. I have to do this everytime I change the fuel filter, just bumping the starter several times will never get mine going.
