Hey Guys Help I have a trailer that I have to pull first thing in morning and I can not figure this one out at dark tonight I went to check all my light's and I have turn's stop and flasher's but no tail light's what so ever just on trailer . I looked in book and found that it is fuse 15 pulled fuse and it Looks good am I missing something here or what ? HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP:confused: this is on my 2008 Ram

If the tail lights on the truck are OK the fuse should be good. I think it might be in the plug connection not getting a good contact for that circuit. All other trailer lights work and truck lights work so it must be from the plug to the tail lights. If it was a short in the wire I would think it would blow the fuse which you said was good and the truck lights would be out. I think you may be getting a bad connection in the plug. PLug and unplug it a few times and see if you get a better connection. A little wire brushing/emery paper may help and di electric grease if you have it. I am no expert on this but this is what I do after the boat has been in storage for the winter. Always seems to work for me.

Use two jumper wires from the battery to the trailer. One for ground, the other is power. This will verify the trailer is working.

If the trailer fuse is good on the truck (usually seperate from the truck running lights), then you probably have a bad connection or broken wire on the trailer.

Hey Guys found the problem trailer has a seperate fuse for running lights to me it looked good well it was bad so I am back up and running Thank's for the help the thing that was puzzling me was I had everything but running lights on trailer . but after reading book I found where it showed there was a fuse just for the trailer running lights seperate from truck lights .
