No throttle responce when cold?

Every morning I need to push slowly on the throttle. If I push fast say to jump into traffic, there is a 1-2 second delay. I tested the FCA and it tested fine according to Genos suggestion. It does not do this when the truck is fully warmed up. Im hoping someone could point me in another direction. Thanks in advance. BTW this is on the 04.
