No tow package?

Has anybody been to a Dodge website to price and build a 2500 or 3500 with a 6. 7 Cummins? Every time I try to build one with a tow package and a full size spare, It says it has to downgrade to a Hemi gas engine package. A tow package and a full size spare not available with a 6. 7 Cummins diesel. I just wondering what gives here. The site says a 6. 7 has more towing capacity than the Hemi, But it will not let you add a tow package to the truck when building one up. Does anybody know why?
