No. Va. Dealer Recommendations??

Well, as a fellow procrastinator I have finally got to the point where my "baby" (2004. 5 quad cab dually) has enough nagging issues that I really need to take it to a dealer to fix them before the warranty runs out. The list is now pretty long.



I have managed to keep it out of the service shops so far but now, its just gotta go! Anyone have any good experiences with any dealers in the Fairfax VA/Northern Va area?



any recommendations (even where NOT to go!!) would be really appreciated!

The Dodge place in Chantilly (Ourisman, formerly Brown's) has a good diesel mechanic. I've chatted with him a few times, though I cannot remember his name right off hand. He drives a black 04 that is usually in the parking lot.

I've heard to stay away from the one in Fairfax.

I've been fortunate that I haven't needed service, yet. I bought the truck from Ourisman in Alexandria.



As far as the one in Fairfax, if you're talking about Fair Oaks Dodge, they sold that dealership to Farrish.

I had a good experience at the winchester dealership acouple years back I blew out a transfer case the day before I was to leave for Ohio. They couldn;'t fix before I left but they did drive me to the rental car and stayed in contact with me through the week to let me know what was going on and washeed my truck for me before I arrived the following weekend.
