I have just rebuilt the head on my '02 3500 w/ NV5600. After the job is all but finished, while trying to bleed the high pressure fuel lines, I cannot get the lift pump to run so I can get fuel to the VP44. Upon checking the lift pump harness, I find there is no voltage anytime during start-up @ ignition switch. Unless I am over looking a fuse/relay somewhere (not sure which circuit to trace), this one has me baffled.

Lift pump is wired direct to ECU. Mine was bad ECU - see my post in 911 archive. Some have hot-wired it.

Thanks for the response. I had a feeling it was just something I was overlooking... . Sure enough, I found that I had bumped the harness connector on the cowl just above the rear engine lift bracket. After snapping the white connector lock back into place, my lift pump ran immediately.
