noise while turning

My 2005 3500 started making scraping sounds while turning. It does this while moving forward or back wards. I have checked tire/wheel, I have replaced all brake pads, can not find any evidence of anything rubbing under the truck. Any ideas? Thanks.

If it's a 4X4, check the u-joints at each front wheel.
