Noisy Converter?

I have a sound under heavy acceleration in the 12v 4x4 auto, that I don't hear my 4x2. I finally noticed that it goes away in TCC lockup.



So, is that good, bad, or ugly?

At first I suspected a cracked flex plate but I think it would get worse in lock -up.

Well, I can still hear it in lockup, but it's not nearly as loud.



I need to get a 12v guy to ride with me and see what he thinks. It may be normal for the 12v, I dunno.
