noisy front end

Hearing metal to metal snapping noise on front end of 2012 3500 2WD. Recently replaced front hub on driver's side and discovered one bolt missing and another on the verge of falling out (REALLY!) and thought that was the issue but the noise persists. I hear it on occasion, sometimes when braking and other times when turning, usually backing at a slow speed.

Any ideas on what my problem is? I have rechecked the four hub bolts on both sides and they are present and tight.

Had snapping noise in my 2012 right after I got it ended up being the track bar.
