Just had my lowers replaced by Les Scwab. Had to replace the lower ball joints and that requires new preloaded arms. The arms came with bushings.

Now I'm getting rattling noise from them. You can hold onto them and have someone push up and down on bumper and fill the noise telegraphing through them. Any ideas on this? They were Dodge factory replacements. The arms are torqued right and were done while ground. All other suspension checks out ok.

I found the source of the noise. Its the Rhancho 9000's. When there set on level 9(the highest setting) they cause clicking and are not damping. When I lower the setting it quiets down and all is normal. The ride is still good and handeling is great.
