Anyone know of any "matte" or "satin" (as opposted to the tire shine) tire dressing?

I like the clean tire look but not to much into the real shinny "wet" look.

Is anything like that even exist?

Thanks

I like the clean tire look also. Dont like the shiny tire thing either. If you will get "Wesleys Bleach White" from any auto store it will clean your tires and they look real good. Just be careful not to leave it set on your wheels. I only spray it on one tire at a time and only leave it on long enough to scrub the tire with a seperate brush and then rinse it right off.

Yep, that's what I've been using for years and no tire dressing. It leaves the tires a clean flat black. I use the same cleaning process as you and am careful not to let it dry on the tires before scrubbing with a tire brush and rinsing off.

I use to use Bleche-White. It is some nasty stuff but it did clean tires. Then I read about Amazing Roll Off for a few years and all the bragging about it. Well I finally ordered some and I really was impressed. The daughters car has painted alloy rims and there was stuff on there only a cleaner polish might remove. This ARO is water activated so I wet the tire and rim down and squirted the ARO on. With a soft brush all the gunk was gone and it is paint safe so I did not have to worry about stains. It also turns out to be a multi purpose cleaner so I mixed up 1/4 cup to a gallon of water and it removed what reminded me of baked on grease pretty easily in the house. I checked the daughters car a week later and no signs of brake dust like it usually had so the claims of remaining cleaner longer seem to be true also. For the tires I top them with 303 for the UV protection and let it soak in before wiping the excess off with a terry cloth. The ARO is suppose to be a good engine cleaner (haven't tried it yet) and not harm aluminum. If I had unfinished alloy rims I would try it on the backside first just to be sure.
Spray on Amazing Roll Off and watch the dirt roll off!
