I recently bought a few DiPricol gauges for my truck... and then ran into the fake factory oil pressure gauge fiasco. I would like to keep all the gauges matching, but don't see that DiPricol offers an oil pressure gauge. Can I use the 0-100 psi fuel pressure gauge to monitor oil pressure? Can I use the 100° - 280° Trans Temp gauge to measure oil temp?

Also, I was also planning on using a Trans Temp gauge to read rear differential temp; however, the temperature probe is only about 1 1/2" long, and clearly will not be submerged in oil when I install it in the Mag-Hytec diff cover. Will this reflect an accurate reading since the gear lube is sloshed around, or does the temperature probe need to be immersed in fluid?

Thanks for the help... Eric

it will need to be submerged to be completely accurate. my advice is to take the cover off, drill and tap a hole in the bottom half to install the sender.
