I would consider Madison to be southern Wisconsin. Green Bay is definetely in NE Wisconsin. I'm 2 hours north of there. I'll agree it's a fairly boring town with the wine and cheese wedge crowd. On the other hand Appleton is only a half hour further south and has Beansnappers and a couple of other quality establishments. I could be up for an early December trip in the blue and silver Ram.

Hooters would be fine with me We should look at those that have a seperate rooms. In Janesville, we took a good size section of the building and parking lot. They'll be busier in the fall because of football games so seating might not be easier to obtain together.

Willy Beaman's would also make a good lunch stop, it's where the 'snappers go to work when the sun's up. Of course the sights aren't as breathtaking.



I'd vote for Madison in southern Wisconsin as opposed to Janesville. Appleton is only a 20 minute drive for me.
