I have ordered mudflaps from Jason before for me 98 dually. I don't remember ever having to wait like this.

I tried to start ordering my flpas from Jason the end of February. I did not hear from him until the second week of March. That was after many attempted phone messages left unreturned.

I took delivery of my 600 on March 12. I wanted these for when I took delivery.

Make a long story short:( , I still have nothing and not even a returned phonecall. My 600 will be 3 weeks old tomorow April 2. I will have about 5000 miles on her by then. I am really   . My driveway is 800 ft long and all stone. I have these new Generals picking up tons of rocks every trip in and out.

Somebody stop by his shop, pick the complete set of four up and ship them too me.

I was told I could pay more for shipping to get them her faster. He said I would have them by next wensday, March 17. Yeh that was a few weeks ago.

As you can see if I have 5000 miles on my truck and I don't hot shot, I must be working alot. My 800# for my business rings in on my cell because nobody likes to get an answering machine. It only takes 10 second to dial the phone. I'm totally bent about this whole deal. Vent Vent.

I want these shipped for free now. I don't think that is unreasonable. Afterall I only tried to start ordering 6 or 7 weeks ago.

 :( :(

 :

Man, I'd be upset too. Customer service like that has no place in today's marketplace. I'd consider cancelling my order and buying something else. There's too much competition out there to stand for this kind of treatment.

Come on guys, he does great work. In fact , he is the only place I know of that does custom water jet cutting like on his rocker panels and mud flaps. I have ordered several times from him, and he always came through. The end product is well worth the wait. Think of him more as an artist, his creations take time. If you want "run of the mill" go to Walmart. He does alot by his lonesome, and you should give him a break.

Also, there is no competition for his product. You can go else where for something that does the same job, but no-one can do the job in style like his products!

I bought my 4 mudflaps from him, he also built my dual 5" exhaust. He does fantastic work, is very hard to get ahold of and is usually the only one in his shop. Sometimes he hires on one guy, but if its just him he makes alot of runs to spokane and Idaho.

I realize people don't know it's just him and it would be nice if he hired some fulltime help, but if you order from him... . expect to wait. Yes it will be well worth it.

Jason has new phone numbers. If you left a message on the old number he probably can't retrieve it still.

Dont cancel the order. You will be very pleased with the flaps when you get them. I installed mine yeaterday and they look great. The best part is that they actually work. l

Like I said, I'm a repeat customer. The quality of his product is the only reason I placed an order again. I did not think it would be a month and a half and I still have nothing. I've gone from being told my 600 is in, too 5000 miles in three weeks. All with aggressive tires throwing crap at my new truck/investment. I did my part, way in advance. I'm more than patient, but six or seven weeks-one return phone call-you would not be happy either.

I hate having to do this this way in the public forum. But since nobody can even return one of the numerous phone calls I've left over weeks, I have only one way to VENT my frustration, and shear dis-apointment. Put yourself in my seat. I tried to order these in plenty of real world time, so that they would be here when my new 600 was here. Now 3 weeks later and 5000 miles. I deserve better than this.

Ramrod I was by his shop last weekend, he's pretty buried right now (which is the case most of the time). If I'd have known you were wondering about your flaps I could've asked him.

Thanks Vaughn.

I have called again and PM'ed Jason. Still no response, I guess my order was cancelled. What else am I suppose to think.
