This isn't the place for a parts wanted ad, but I'll help out. Please excuse me if you already know this:

"NOS" means New Old Stock. Refers to a part that has been sitting in a dealer's (or someone else's) inventory for many years. When a part is no longer selling well or is obsolete, a dealer can send it back to Ma Mopar for credit, so there's no real motivation for them to have any NOS. Collectors or those selling to the collector market may grab up parts while they're available and wait until they need them or until the part is no longer available and becomes valuable to restorers, when they can sell at a good profit.

You don't need NOS, your grille is still available from the dealer. It's not cheap, of course. GRILLE - 2001 DODGE RAM 2500 (55076550AB) can be gotten for $295.80 here: https://moparonlineparts.com/

I have no experience with this vendor and no opinion of their price or service, I just picked them from Google to look up your part.

I didn't have any luck finding the grille on the website mentioned above. May be easier to call my local dodge dealer and see if they can get me one.

Navigation on that page isn't great. Most Mopar parts sites seem to use a catalog engine I don't like very much. The following instructions will get you what you need on that page, and it will probably help you figure out any of the crappy mopar parts pages using this engine.

At the main screen of that page, just below the checkered flag at the top right, there is a red button that says "search repair parts". That's just next to the "search accessories" window that you probably used when you couldn't find the grill. Push the red button, then paste the part number in my post into the search window that comes up. That'll take you right to it.

To get there the hard way, click on the Ram icon (even though our trucks should be under Dodge). Then click on the "2500-3500-4500 trucks" icon in the drop-down. That gets you a new menu with choices for "2010-2016 Ram Accessories" and "2500-3500-4500 Mopar repair parts." Choose the "Repair Parts." That finally gets you to a year/make/model selector. Make your selections and you get a catalog menu. Select "Body". Then go to the bottom of the next list and select "Grill and Components." There you go.

At least use this to beat your dealer down on the price. This might be the first time they didn't overcharge you for something....
